Ingresso su un unico ambiente ben diviso: angolo cottura con fornello a 4 fuochi, forno a gas, frigorifero e congelatore; zona notte arredata con letto matrimoniale, comodini, armadio a due ante e letto a castello; bagno con doccia.
Tutte le nostre soluzioni sono dotate di: aria condizionata, parcheggio privato recintato, wi-fi gratuito e TV SAT.

Check-in and Check-out - The rules for check-in and check-out are set by us. All apartments are usually available for occupation since 13.00pm on the Day of arrival.
All apartments must be vacated by 10.00pm on the day of departure. Arrangements can be made for a later checkout or for an early check-in but this is subject to prior arrangement. If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time a full day's rental is charged to you.
Number of Occupants - You are responsible for ensuring that the apartment is not occupied by more people than is stated on your Booking Confirmation email, which is set to the number of beds in the apartment. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the apartment if we feel this condition is likely to be breached. In this case no paid funds will be returned. The apartment cannot be re-let/sublet to any other group/party without the written approval of Us.
You are allowed to book only a night and for a person.
Payment Procedure - when a booking is made for more than 5 days, an Initial Payment(penitential deposit) of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Where an Initial Payment has been made the Final Payment of 70% is due to be paid at delivery of the keys.
The Initial Payment can be paid by bank transfer or Credit card Visa / MasterCard.
The Final Payment can be paid by Credit card Visa / MasterCard or Cash.
If We do not receive full payment by this time, the booking may be cancelled and the Initial Payment forfeited.
You are allowed to cancel your booking confirmation for free and your Initial payment will be turned in only if you cancel your booking 5 days before the date of arrival.
Any cancellations outside this period lead to the loss of the penitential deposit paid at time of booking.
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. Make sure your pets don't disturb your neighbours Smoking - We operate a NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. You are allowed to smoke in terraces.
